free hold gated/guarded landed property, 24 x 75 and 2500sf +-. 75units is only small portion, lots more phases coming.
sungai long is developing now, although this place is not the best place, but not bad for investment especially landed property.

based on their previous Cheras Vista project at mahkota cheras, the gated, landscape, workmanship, design etc are definitely quite good.
if this project can also provide the same quality, that would be a good appreciation value after.
i think sungai long still need another 3 - 4 years to develop, by then the problems like streamyx, damaged road etc can be solve.

with Malton going to develop the 67acres land on the hill (semi-d/bunglow), sunway also going to develop semi-d/bunglow near the lake area, Tanming will launch the semi-d/bunglow this coming Sept/Oct at 23acres land opposite taman ikhlas and also a piece of land behind desa budiman.
i think this project can be appreciate to 550k-600k easily after CF, anyway i don't buy because i bought something else. cheers

whoever bought the 75 units superlink are waiting to make more than 100k gross profit.

well, not many seller from CV3, maybe 1 or 2 just trying to ask for higher price, by the way, CV3 have proper GnG, better design and higher land area.

In sg long, just nearby the school & round about, is under construction now, freehold with gated guarded.
