There's a bit of a catch to the OKR (One key recovery) system in that it will only work if you did not change the partition size of your boot drive (by default the C drive). If you do then the OKR is useless. You can delete all Lenovo pre-installed software and the OKR will still work. But if you recover your system this way then it will return the system to factory default together will all the junks in it.
A better way will be to install the OKR software and use it to backup the system in the current state (ie. after all those junks have been removed) and use the DVDs created to recover your system. Hope this helps
