I'm looking for soft casing instead of hard casing.... something like silicone?

I think it might be in the Froyo release. HTC users, from past evidence, will need to be patient.

Probably few months away for froyo

WTA something, with Froyo launching soon, will Legend get the upgrade?

It's pretty certain Froyo will eventually roll out to the Legend but given the timeline, it is unlikely you will be able to buy a Froyo Legend anytime soon.

Is it just me or the camera always fail to focus resulting in blurry photos.

i have got the same problem as you but its the problem with ur computer. coz i tried sending files by bluetooth to my laptop cant. i used my gf's laptop can. both also using xp just diff brand? weird? i know....i also cant understand why?

from the user guide seems like legend can only transfer certain type of files to the pc, like photos, songs, contacts etc.

Added on May 2, 2010, 8:51 pmi realize something with my legend as follow:

when i turn on my gps and use papago, the H icon (HSDPA) appears on the status bar even though i didnt turn on the mobile network. when i close papago and turn off gps, the H icon still appear and the connection can be used to browse internet for example. this means the data connection is still on. i tried to switch on and off the data network using the mobile widget and the H icon went off for 5 secs and then come back on again. Only when i turn on airplane mode and turn off, then the H icon goes off for good.

any idea why is this happening? is this normal? anyone has such issues?

I'm just about to change my old phone and looking for my 1st smart phone. After goes through lots of information, finally my choice would be either Legend or desire. I like Legend design a lot as I still prefer smaller sized phone.

However I'm not yet planning to subscribe to any data plan as I can fully utilized the availability of Wifi connection at my workplace...since HTC Legend wifi connection is said to be disappointed, should I take Desire instead?

The wifi reception for Legend is slightly weaker only.. not as bad as u imagine..

yeah, by the way, is there any silicone casing for the phone? is it compatible to any other phone? do advice, thanks!

Plan to purchase tis for my car charger... Can anyone clarify tis as compatible with our Legend Battery output...And where can i get it???
