argh... i m too waiting for the technician to come to my house to check if my line able to support 4mb, and it has been almost 1 week.
Tomorrow already saturday, seem i have no luck this week... Will them call us on our handphone number or house number? I will not be in Malaysia the whole next week, scare if later I miss their call and then the installation will be further postponed indefinitely = = |

I just call TM CS, they said they didnt receive any order of my upgrade to 4mb blockbuster deal
 thou i m doing it in TMpoint with a upgrade confirmation receipt |

i actually went tmpoint to upgrade my 1mb to 4mb on last monday, bt this morning call the CS, they say they didn't have any order... so I need to go tmpoint again on monday or having agent to settle it? (I was told in tmpoint that 4mb is available in my area).. so mafan!

so our application can be still rejected (technician didn't contact us or turn up) even if we get confirmation receipt of application from TM point?

1 week after the application in TMpoint, my mother went to TMpoint again as there is no contact from TM technician for checking the line in my house to see if it support 4mb or not.
Guess what they told her? The CS tell her 4mb is not available in my area, while CS told me that my area is under coverage last week!! zzz cheat my feeling!!! but still my mother switch to blockbuster deal 1mb, they say free DECT phone is no longer in the 1mb package, some people can verify it? or is he cheating my mother? |

 Thanx to ahcheap, the technician come my house to install 4mb streamyx on the 1 days after the application is submitted .... And to the  TM point CS, 4MB is available in my area! waste my time go check few times, but the info is incorrect one |
