i think its not much different
previously was using the streamyx RM88 package
bil with phone rental and bla bla bla total less than rm110
then upgrade to the combo package (no phone rental fee) but monthly is rm110 if not mistaken + free Riger DB108WL wireless modem
then upgrade the other thing (local fixed line call free) add in rm10 then free the cordless phone

its the same i think....

If your streamyx under you name can, if not under your name you have to terminate and quarantine for 1 month.

Free Dect wil be given for Upgrade(From basic package/Combo wifi@home or other non blockbuster deal package upgrade to other blockbuster deals packages), it wil nt be given for migrate('Upgrade within blockbuster deals package).

last time i apply for COMBO 4MB ..rm160 ..say everything free

then later u got "activation fee" .. and also deposit for the phone line,they only took 2mins to "activate" my line by setting username password ... then tell my ahso .. complete.. .. without even giving me the modem ...

when i call the technician and ask why no modem , they say they will sent one over. but never come ... now i complain, they say .. last time you already sign the form.

so i'm sure they will be hidden charges... if i not mistaken , my total cost  was about RM700 for the 1st month ..

Tried to apply for this package but application cannot be processed as the modem is out of stock at TMpoint 

apparently, i still got charged rm88 for my upgrade to 4mbps package.. currently i'm using standard 1mbps rm88 package.. do u guys think the made a mistake charging me, the installation charge should be waived  right?  am i entitled to get a refund?

Just to get everyone opinion.

I am using Combo 1Mbps at the moment, register under my wife's name.

Have checked with TM that to get the wireless modem and Dect Phone free, it must be an upgrade or new registration.

I am thinking of terminate my wife account and apply using my name to get both the freebis with 1Mbps package (Can't upgrade to 2Mbps package because too far from exchange), but the TM personnel told me that i can only apply for new streamyx account after 1 month from the date my wife account is terminated. Is that true??? One month gap before I can apply?

The upgrade mentioned in the BB deal is I have to upgrade the speed as well from 1Mbps to 2Mbps, however the problem is my area doesn't support 2Mbps....

I got my blockbuster 1mbps installed dy..Originally subscribed for 4mbps but according to them my area too far & no port dy. So only got 1mbps..

Another problem is..The free DECT phone..For those going for 1mbps & above, the free phone only will be posted to us!! They should hv told me earlier & even the isntaller & reseeler telling diff story..1st said installer will come wth the phone, thereafter the installer ask me to go to TMpoint & collect.

I went there Y'day to be told it will takes time for them to post the phone..Collection only for those on 512kbps line. Those are not panasonic DECT so can collect..1mbps & above will be given panasonic DECt & takes time wor???

Finally got my line activated and running.. took 10 days from application of phone line to finally being able to use it.

They capped my line to 1.5mbps and upload 750kbps. I'm on 1mbps.

Speedtest shows 1.4mbps constant speed..

1 week after the application in TMpoint, my mother went to TMpoint again as there is no contact from TM technician for checking the line in my house to see if it support 4mb or not.

Guess what they told her? The CS tell her 4mb is not available in my area, while CS told me that my area is under coverage last week!! zzz cheat my feeling!!!

but still my mother switch to blockbuster deal 1mb, they say free DECT phone is no longer in the 1mb package, some people can verify it? or is he cheating my mother?

Got mine upgraded yesterday from 1 to 4Mb package , how is the speed ??

can i sell the modem? i dont need it...how much i can sell?
