I had BAD and WORST experience with this package...

When it first came out, I quickly went to TMPOINT SETAPAK to register 4mbps package... 5 days later (as I was away for oversea trip), I called 100 to check the status, and they said my cable could not support 4mbps.. OK FINEE! I asked her, is it possible for automatic downgrade to 1mbps,as I hate going there again, she later clarified I need to re-register.. OK FINEE!

The next morning, I went to TM POINT SETAPAK again, to re-register myself. To my shock, that said he cannot proceed since my 4mbps order was still pending. I then argued, why did it take so long to cancel such order. As it was clearly said the line cannot support, then just cancel the damn application. He then promised me to forward my new application (1mbps) within next two days. I just simply agreed..

3 days after my 2nd trip to TMPOINT SETAPAK, I called 100 just to check the status. I was shocked to discover that there was no such application of 1mbps!!! *&**&^^%%!! I quickly made quick stopover at TMPOINT SETAPAK (again??) and rushed to the same guy. He was pretty panicked as he was looking for my form. It was under several other forms, And, I was like, wut the...? I calmed myself and waited professionally.

One hour after that, as he went in and out of his office, he then suddenly said " OH bang, dah ada register, kejap sy print" When I looked at the printed confirmation slip, I was again shocked to see that I am now registered to an agent. And the package registered was WIFI@HOME, rather than BLOCKBUSTER DEAL. I began to lose patience, and I then increased my tone. He quickly went to his office again. One hour later, he came out with his manager, a lady. She then said she has requested TM HQ to cancel this order and proceed with the new form. She infact gave her personal promise. As I need to fetch my wife (as it was 5 15 pm already), I just cut them loose.

4 days after that, I received a letter from TM. They said my area is not supported by Streamyx. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!! vmad.gif vmad.gif Ironically, 2 days ago, TM came to my apartment and opened up a booth for Streamyx and Homeline since my apartment is a new apartment.

I AM SOO PISSEDD OFF!!! FURTHERMORE, MY CELCOM BRUKBAND IS SO ANNOYING AND FRUSTATING!! vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

Yeap, I think I want to conclude something based on my terrible experiece dealing with TM Point; if you are busy type of person, it's better to deal with REPUTABLE agent, at least you can chase him using his contact number. as for TM Point, once you submitted your form, you need to count on him to do the subsequent jobs, which in my case, they DID NOT BOTHER to do it!

im soooo annoyed with TM!!

Guys, please take note that the Free Calls is effective in your NEXT billing cycle. So, dont straight away gayut after you got your Stimix activated.. later pengsan tgk bill plak.. lol

I had the same case with you, applied 4MB on 3th March, TM Point CS said my area is supported. Then later, TM staff checked, they said it is not supported. Then, my flip-flop episodes begin! I re-submitted my application on 7th then no body contacted me again, then I resubmitted on 11th, again no body checked on this.. I gave up.. later I found an official letter from TM saying that Streamyx is not available at my place. Strangely enought, on 16th and 17th March, group of TM staff came and set up booth at my apartment, to get application for Streamyx and Homeline... Hahaha!

Im yet to get any phone call from them until today.. All this while I was the one who went there and made complaint... Siyely appalled tahap cipan dah neh!!!

Guess what, yesterday evening, a lady called me, and straight away a guy came to my house, walla, i got my streamyx back! yeahh!!

nway, im a bit sad since they cap my line @ 1mbps and not 1.5 mbps like previous 4 years.. sad.gif

I just got my Blockbuster 1mbps.. just thought of upgrading it to 2mbps..

Can I just simply upgrade it, or I need to wait for one year first? :\

Is it worth the 2mbps ya? Huhu

Still haven't got the DECT phone too yet.. Kinda itching to use the phone, but my billing cycle is yet to come.. So, with DECT phone also, there is no use, since I can't gayut for free..

So, i rather wait smile.gif

I did call 100 to check on this. She clarified saying that if it takes too long for me to get the phone, I better try my luck by going to nearest TM Point.
I might go there once it passes my billing cycle, which is on coming 25th April.. sweat.gif

Since, right now, even I were to have it i.e. DECT phone, I couldnt enjoy the sweet rate.. so there is no pressing reasons for me to go through hassle i.e. go to TMPoint during lunch hour (which is very hassle).. smile.gif

FYI, it`s almost one month since my Streamyx activation..
