QUOTE(GothFebrio @ Feb 28 2010, 01:03 AM) should hv told me earlier....dont do since when since when make ppl look stupid, in that case he hv no choice but to find hdmi to component converter which is expensive. or buy a new tv....more expensive... sucks la if ppl got tv wit no hdmi connection....wasted the hdness. As I said earlier, they claim that the component locking is due to copy protection. Which is easily shot down because you can indeed do copy protection through analog component using Macrovision. Most likely is that they dun want to pay for two different copy protection technologies. But I do agree with you. Many early HD-Ready TVs have no HDMI port. And so do many current cheap China-brand "HD-Ready" TVs. This post has been edited by RAMChYLD: Feb 28 2010, 02:21 PM |

Subscribe for movie channels would be cool. Coz even if you've watched the movie, you'd like to watch it again coz it's in HD.. At least that's what I did.. BUT, I figured out SOME HD movies are not in a proper aspect ratio.. even new movies.. But speed racer HD is soo cool. Make your TV looked so pwerful.

Just got my Astro B.yond installed today, Nat Geo HD is cool, btw what is the audio of the HD channels ? Is it HD sound or just regular 5.1 DD or DTS ? I do not have a home theater currently but I wish to buy one soon, so just wanna make sure do I need a TrueHD or DTS-MA amp later on.
