I think it will be like iPhone 3G launching event at last 2 years.
People who get invited or do pre-order (if this exist), only able to buy on launching event.

Im currently using Value80 and I have 4 subline, if I do change to iValue plan, will I still be able to get free calls to subline?

I'm more to a heavy surfer , wondering which package should I take. Calls sometime exceed 80 too, but because I share the credit with my subline, they don't call that much.

felt that iValue 155 the 1gb is insufficient.

As I remember, the Maxis term and condition, customer only able renew they contract with new iPhone, when you only left 3 months to fullfill your previous contract.

if you just want upgrade packej;
I think you eligible doin so and get back the subline, from what they told me last time.

some interesting question pop out after read your post, the launching event on next week, 9pm, but selling start on 12am...

It is very high risk, if Maxis just ask the customer queue for few hours, and the ending is, they might be cannot get the phone.
Then sure make ppl mad with Maxis only. They willing spoil own reputation?
and, if we just queue and walk in without do any pre-order, how they prepare our micro-sim, sign up contract, filling information so fast?
As I remember, during iPhone 3G event lastime, it also take me quit alot of time to get my phone on the counter.

Hope Maxis released more detailed soon.

Im not on contract. Previously I share the credits with all my subline, I'm the one that called the most. Right now I'm on 80+30+30+30+30, usually my bill goes to 250 something.

If I change to iValue, I won't be able to share my subline's credit right? How bout the free calls between subline. Feel like just getting the phone alone, and then take the 3gb internet package.

The call between the subline and the main line still free of charge, and the RM 30 per subline still remain the same which mean need to paid.

if ivalue 1 + subline is mean RM100 + Rm 30 = RM 130

I not sure about share credit in iVALUE package.
but you will get free call and sms with your family lines, if referred with current iPhone 3Gs plan.
You try call 123 to confirm with them about share credit.

Hope Maxis will release iValue package with unlimited data.
Then you need not worry so much.

And why aren't the existing postpaid users prioritized?
It should be opened on a first come first serve basis during the launch.

If i m not mistaken, i asked dis question before. And i remembered i got the answer from somebody from this forum stating that prepaid users will get to buy as this is always the maxis trend as experience from previous 3GS. Prepaid users got their chance to buy da phone when it was firstly launched. But still, for ip4.. the best is to get the news from MAXIS.

How about Apple MY? While Apple SG did that. Anyone got info about that?
