this is one of the weakness of TM...they allow deceased to register...

share with u one experience...a fren of mine rent out his house to students, then the students used my fren's father (who is dead 3 years ago) name to register for telephone line....then their telephone bill they dun wan to pay when they leave...and the amount is damn huge...

so, now wondering who will Telekom go chase after...LOL...the owner sudah mati 3 tahun yg lepas...

yup. same like mine.. aunt passed away few yrs ago.. her family din cancel the home line. now bill total up got 500++.. they ask some1 which i blif is their runner come to my hse (aunt hse beside my hse) to collect the money or court action..

now.. tm wan put the deceased in jail??

My family not that worst, we still pay the monthly bill because we worry about the internet termination.

the house address is still a valid ones, they can ask the family members to pay wut.

Wanna get things settled in one visit to TM Point.

Just get the form from TMpoint. In the form there will be a Section 6. You need your uni to chop and sign this section. Then you need to return back to TMpoint to submit your application.

Just to be on the safe side, always bring your student card and I/C.

go get ur uni's endorsement letter.photostat ur student ID,chop in the form n dun 4get ur IC.they need it

make sure u ask ur uni to chop ur student ID.juz in case.i went there for 3 times d.one time go to tm n get d application form.2nd tm customer service counter say i cannot downgrade.3rd time i go to direct counter they say can upgrade.

so next time dun call streamyx.go to tm point settle ur stuff.dun go to customer service in tm point.go to the main counter.they are more experience.all tm fellow noob.only internet problem call technical support.i call product and services wait for 30 min only someone answer d call

not like jaring,they will answer d call straight away.go to hell tm

Offer letter is for 1st year student. I apply unipack even i'm on 3rd/final year. :3 Normally, u don't need them.
