1) the TM homeline is under my dad's name, i can apply unipack with my name as long as there is my dad's authorisation right? how is the authorisation done?

2) if homeline is dad's name, unipack is my name, am i still waive for the rm26 phone rental?

3) anyone know TMpoint around cheras tmn connaught area? or any nearest?

however, when it bills to u during april,
i scare the system will calculate that we start the subscribtion in end of march, then calculate us for rm50 instead of rm38.
this is wat i worried the most, thus i dun dare to submit yet,
but then i oso scare the netbook will finish, that's why very worry now

i am waiting for 1st april, then only submit the application form..

i tink they will automatically update the new rate for existing customer,
but ur bill in march, it will still follow the old rate. then the next bill for month of april only will reduce to new rate.

personal opinion only..

1) i will submit the form at kl, to apply the package at my home in penang. so the carbon copy of the application form will be with me in kl, is that ok? will the tm ppl want to look through the carbon copy of application form in penang when they come to my home?

2) since i fill my penang home address, then the netbook delivery will be to penang address. will that be fine if i am not there personally to receive the delivery? will they pass the netbook to my famile members?

the tmpoint i went to tell me the same ting also..
why the staff seems like duno about the price reduce?

dun need to tick for unipack , cz the form itself is unipack application ard.
at the package side, u just tick which speed u want to apply.
cz they are using the old form, so when i apply, the form there is written streamyx combo.
but the staff say it is for unipack, just that they didnt renew the form.

i tink she is probably take time to "rest" behind the door, cz all the tm staff work very slow...i hav waited for 1 hour today at TM point.

i just submitted my application form today at tm tmn desa.
the staff there said that the price is reduced to rm38/month. and she said confirmed!

512kbps for rm53/month.

hope that technician will come to fix it and receive the netbook as soon!!
