May I know if after I apply for the Streamyx for my Homeline.
How long does it takes for the streamyx installation?

And the netbook application will be process at the same time?
Or need to wait for streamyx first then only wait the netbook to be processed?

Just submitted my application yesterday, applying new TM Homeline and Streamyx under my name.

7-4-2010 - Submit application form with student card and my IC.
8-4-2010 - TM contractor came to my house and setup a new telephone wiring (old wiring still running under my father name and Streamyx). After installation, call from TM Point about confirmation. I asked for my application status, the girl told me that I still have to wait for 1 week. She also say that DEPENDS ON YOUR AREA STATUS, means worker work slowly or faster, depends on their service. So if you know your area TM station number, just call to them. As I know mine, so no worry for me, I can anytime call or go to the station myself.

After your Streamyx installation is successful, then your netbook will be processed. If they have problem to install your Stramyx, then your netbook will not be in process. The success of Streamyx installation is really important here.

How to know when is my application of new Streamyx account with CoolUniPack 4mb is approve?

The one you see at the shop is a different version. I've seen a better looking HP Mini 210 which have their screen like Apple macbook; Total screen glass surface and more space between keys.

You'll know your netbook is being processed when the technician come over to your house and install the new wireless modem router..

FXXX streamyx!!! a few day ago i call 100 and ask about my status.and they say my applied already approve.and just now i call streamyx and ask again my status,they say my package still no upgrade!!!and i ask them y.coz my already send my form to them about one week ago and they did`t do anythings at all. i`m really angry.

I just get a phone call from HP..
they will send my netbook on saturday morning 9am..
he told me today and tomorrow fully booked

I'm wondering how TMPoint workflows work actually.
Cos I always go TMPoint to apply thing, then after apply they ask me to refer 100 for status.

When call 100 ask for status, they will push me back to "PLS REFER TO YOUR TMPOINT".

THEY ALWAYS KEEP PUSHING YOU HERE AND THERE. MAKE YOU TURN MANY ROUND.

Wonder TMPoint is it to collect order from customer and submit to headquarter (100) then headquarter (100) process it?

But I saw many times TMPoint only know how to collect order, but no action taken for processing. Maybe they din submit.
They always just pretend fotostat this document and that for your peace of mind.....

My CoolUni application form already fotostated 4 times by TMPoint staff and some are same person. =_="

Luckily the first time I ask the guy to give me back my original offer letter cos everytime i go...they ask me show student id, ic, offer letter even i ad submitted...Then they go fotostat again...

u upgrade using windows anytime upgrade or ur own usb drive? And when u r booting u make a fresh installation or upgrading process? And 1 more thing, will the hp softwares preinstalled in the pc will be missing after formatting? I found some of them really useful like the games

anyone got TM Point Butterworth telephone number? Please let me know coz i'm angry !!! I called 100 and i was told that my application hasn't process yet!!! I submitted on Monday and i wonder how many days for them to just look at my application form and approved it...

I went to TM point Kepong this morning.
Asked for the application, and they had gave me a photostat form [ i didt asked at first why because i dont know the existence of the 3 copy form].
So went to the college office today for the certification, and they rejected me as they only want the original form [3 copy form]

May i know did anyone used the photostat copy for certification at the college/university ?
And did we need to certify the IC and student ID copy ?


Is there a TM Point booth at the Carrefour Kepong booth ? opposite of the escalator. anyone can confirm ?

*asked TM Point Kepong, they will apply 30 days cooling period for those that terminated their streamyx

It's been a week since my streamyx installation completed. My package is 4MBPS but my line is still capped at 1.7MBPS.. any suggestion on what I should do?

I went there more than 10 times...
sometimes system offline, sometime they ask u go back wait....they will call u.....but they wont do that...

the ppl give me 3 numbers for their branch....1 including fax...
he said call the number to enquiry for updates...
all number they give dont have ppl pick....
will auto redirect to 100.....
