a very helpful and polite staff help me today, and i will be able to save rm31/month with this package. My current rm71-1mbps+rm38 unlimited call package is replaced by rm68-1mbp+rm10-unlimited call package+free netbook. The thing im worried about now is that the netbook may run out of stock when i submit my form on monday. And i can confirm that the price of all the packages have been dropped by rm12. Means that u can get a 4mbps line for only rm88

no, im not directly changing it. My home has 2 home line now, 1 connected wif streamyx and another none. So now im applying this cool unipack on the another line and after the line has been connected, i will terminate my current rm71 package

2 ways that u can do to apply for this package
a) ask ur father to terminate ur current line and wait for a month, only after waiting for 1month, then u can apply ur cool uni pack. After applying the package, 3-7days is
needed to have ur internet back on

b) apply a new homeline and subscribe ur cooluni pack on tht package. After u got ur line of tht package connected, u can then terminate ur current streamyx, which
is under ur father's name

I duno if ur universiti is in it. You wud have to ask it urself at tmpoint

for me i dont trust it because the tmpoint did not mention that the netbooks r out of stock. If netbooks r really finished, i will cause tht tmpoint staff to be pwned badly by me. Personally i think the netbook will be gone in a few weeks time since the price has drop

Installation of home line wiring=max RM50
Deposit=RM75
Total for first month=RM175?

u nid to go to tmpoint and ask the staff to show u the directives from the HQ. What i c is tht there is a table with the title old prices/new prices.

did the application form changed? they gave me black and white form in A4 size.

a staff told me that i will not have to pay the rm350 fine since im changing this package to coolunipack. They said the rm350 is applicable only when u cancel off and did not apply the coolunipack.

yup, however im not sure about paying the rental thingy.
When my father applied for a homeline, tm gave another subline free to us. This subline is free from the rm26 rental

They said 3-7 days for installation of line and another 2weeks for netbook arrival. Total 3weeks waiting time?

i have 2 homelines now, 1 of which is a subline. So currently my streamyx is at lets say B. Im now planning to apply my cooluni at A. So after i got my A line running and i cancel off my B line, will i still nid to pay the rm26 rental for B since there is nomore streamyx over there?
