based on my experience, you're only able to port out to other telcos if your principal port out. if they don't u can't do anything. DiGi Fans Club & Enquiries V7, Always the smarter choice

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ May 7 2010, 07:36 PM) Last week i kena about RM5 to replace the simcard. I am using digi.Btw, guys, I just bought a new number and activated last evening. Is it possible to change from another telco (prepaid) to Digi in less than 48 hours? I bought that number because it is nice for me and not because of I like the another telco. =) |

Could be a billing issue. But all the best to you, as I can't assist without looking at the data that could be provided by knowing your mobile number. You didn't subscribe to anything or kena sms scam, right?holy crap, if this becomes RM5 tmrw, i sure shoot DIGI 99 in their service center tmrw. and keep in mind i didn even turn on my phone just to test this out. i using other number. Anyway, what I can do is run a check with our customer service guys to see if there is a spike in incidents like this. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: May 8 2010, 03:00 AM |

QUOTE(soul2soul @ May 8 2010, 10:20 AM) You will not be able to judge things by hearing 1 side. The person who complains (above) is also not giving sufficient details. For postpaid numbers, the consultants will only be able to check the charges once the bill is out. So postpaid users, you can dispute once your bill is out. It is true that sometimes it may take a little time for the calls/sms to reflect in OCS. techmostwanted pls be calm. anyways OCS and the *128*1*1*1# is totally diff de. OCS will not be updated that fast. the 128 de will be the most updated. second of all the OCS u must put all instead or originating. cos i think u may have done other things. if you really get these "ghost charges" best if you cancel it
