QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 2 2010, 03:34 PM) ViRaViRa has posted the link up there: http://www.digi.com.my/internet/promo_limited_pre.html Initially when you buy the package for RM25, it comes with 5 days usage. Once you have finished the 5 days, you can top up a minimum of RM10 for another 5 days validity up to RM100 for a 50 days validity. So it is RM2 per day RM 25 for 5 days. |

QUOTE(skysherly @ Feb 11 2010, 10:29 PM) i hav a very silly question to ask, how do i know if a 012, 019 number is port out from the telco and join digi? Er... so will tat still entitled to the free digi to digi call? I remember that there is actually a way to check whether a number is under digi or not (but you can't check what other telco they are attached to). I just forgot the method.Added on February 11, 2010, 10:34 pmAhh, found it - http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions/tariff/index.do This post has been edited by ViRaViRa: Feb 11 2010, 10:34 PM |

QUOTE(rhoyo @ Feb 24 2010, 12:01 PM) QUOTE(ilovelyn @ Feb 24 2010, 06:15 PM) That one is not related to DiGi ler. It is your phone. If I am not mistaken, Nokia phone has this where if no signal, it will show a 3G symbol (which means your 3G is on). |

QUOTE(avantgardeo @ Feb 25 2010, 09:44 AM) Hi all, new DG50+Prepaid supp user checking in, with some questions, hope you all can help 1) SMS are counted by characters. 160 characters is equal to 1 sms (for Chinese characters, it is lesser). If you exceed 160 characters, you will be into 2nd sms although on you phone, it is continuous.1) Is the sms rate counted in a "per-page" basis rather than a "per message" basis? When checking my unbilled transactions I see that many of my smses are billed twice, just want to know if this is indeed standard practice. 2) Also when checking my unbilled transactions, I find that I am still being charged (although only 2 times) for my calls to my DG Family supplementary line, though they could be the times I got into voicemail. Does that mean that if your supp line is engaged and you get into voicemail, you will be charged? (Quite ridiculous imo) I know I should be directing these questions to DiGi CS instead, but I just wanna share these here first and see if anyone else has the same experience. 2) Yes, voice mail will be charged because it is totally different service which is not in free voice calls/sms/mms. Ask the person you call to deactivate voice mails unless he/she is really using it. |

QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Mar 2 2010, 04:42 PM) If I'm not mistaken for DiGi they have 3 step before terminating a prepaid line. Err? Are you sure it is DiGi?1st 30 days - No outgoing call 2nd 30 days - No incoming call 3rd 30 days - Cannot do anything(dead mode) For DiGi, after your validity has expired, you can still receive incoming calls/sms for 90 days. The prepaid line will only be terminated on the 92nd day. 91st day is the last day where you can only topup & make emergency calls. You can't even receive calls/sms on the 91st day. |

Sad to see that DiGi is not answering my questions via facebook & Twitter regarding my Blackberry issues. Looks like they are just like any other Malaysian business minded people - "Once good is sold, I don't know you" kind of mentality. Quite disappointed.

QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Mar 8 2010, 12:10 AM) They will not be able to help, because they do not have the feel of blackberry & will not understand what I mean. Only those consultants who are at the roadshow will be able to help as they can test the unit they have with them & give me a solution. That's why I posted at twitter & FB because someone is constantly giving updates on what is going on at MV roadshow (which means they are there & can check the units there & give me a solution) |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 8 2010, 12:32 AM) Er. I think you are wrong because those update on Twitter and FB have no relations to those people in roadshows. Although they were not related, but they were there at the roadshow. Otherwise how can they post the photos of the roadshow, furthermore via facebook mobile? When I asked the question, that's when they posted the photos, which means they could have easily checked & got back to me, no?Well, I've already checked with few members who owns this phone in LYN & looks like I've got a buggy unit. Will need to go to DiGi centre & ask for a replacement instead. |

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Mar 8 2010, 10:30 AM) Hey there. Just PM me the problem you're having and I'll help to sort it out with the guy who handles blackberry. You can leave me your number and we'll get back to you. Hi, thanks. I went to SoHo 360 to solve it. Looks like it is a software issue in my phone. After reinstalling, it was fine. |

QUOTE(simplybored @ Mar 10 2010, 03:12 PM) to be honest i'm not really sure myself also. but i do know that there is an e-mail service in my phone. i've setup the phone and try to do a test e-mail to my another acc but failed lol and i'm not sure what to do to make it work lol i've played with digi's other service but not this. so i'm a newbie in this Before that, may I know what phone MODEL are you using? If nokia email, you can use any public email which supports POP3/IMAP4. For normal nokia w/o nokia email, cannot support Yahoo Mail unless you subscribe to the premium version. Some nokia phones can support Outlook Exchange as well (Symbian phone) For SE phones, I seriously have no idea QUOTE(qfashion @ Mar 10 2010, 05:47 PM) me n my bf is using digi postpaid which sub line from his mother. When you call him, it will be local charge (e.g. if all this while you call him for free, then it will still be free). He is the one who will incur the roaming charges when you call him. I am not sure of the charges but he can call the foreign network operator which he is currently using there to get their rate.He is now went oversea to china. so how can i call him by using roaming and what is the rates? QUOTE(cartman87 @ Mar 10 2010, 07:05 PM) You mean Internet Unlimited RM58 (to be used with phone one)? No. That one you must subscribe to at least the cheapest DiGi postpaid plans that is currently available in the market. Unless you subscribe to the BROADBAND plan - @ discover, then can but I am not sure whether it can be used in your phone to surf or not. |

QUOTE(simplybored @ Mar 10 2010, 07:56 PM) I hope this helps - http://www.knowyourmobile.com/sonyericsson...csson_c902.htmlBut before that, you must have your GPRS settings set to DiGi's setting. If don't have the setting, you can download the setting via *128# or via OCS (website) |

Can I just show the confirmation slip e-mail (via my phone) rather than a print out when I collect the phone?
