For the final question that I asked, he totally went missing. I guess he already ran back home

Looks like they are just like any other Malaysian business minded people - "Once good is sold, I don't know you" kind of mentality. Quite disappointed.

Well, I've already checked with few members who owns this phone in LYN & looks like I've got a buggy unit. Will need to go to DiGi centre & ask for a replacement instead.
