hi, I am interested to switch to the Smart Plan from Maxis Value 50 but need some clarifications: 1. The Smart Plan RM68 no need attach to another call plan? That's means I only pay RM68 monthly for unlimited internet usage. 2. Can I have supplement lines under this Smart Plan (currently i have 5 supplement lines in Maxis)? Will I have the benefits of friends and family? 3. If I switch from Maxis and want to retain my 012 numbers (including the supplement lines), do I need to pay for the new Digi Sim Cards? I am also quite confuse on the "Save SMART - Total Billed Usage > RM200, Free. If RM100-199.99, then 25% discount." What is this? Thanks. This post has been edited by Cynox: May 4 2010, 06:12 PM

QUOTE I am also quite confuse on the "Save SMART - Total Billed Usage > RM200, Free. If RM100-199.99, then 25% discount." What is this? It say if you use under 200,for example 100 then you need pay 75. If you use 300,then you need to pay 0 which mean free

If you use e.g. RM100 (total including RM68), then you will get discount on the RM68. So you only need to pay RM51 for the internet instead of RM68. If you use e.g. RM300 (total including RM68), then you only pay for your usage = RM232

Any official answer from Digi staff?

Any official answer from Digi staff? Yes, only RM83. Confirmed by DiGi maniac who knows better than DiGi staff Maniacs like me are the one who teach DiGi staff that it is possible to upgrade from RM58 to RM68 even when it is tied under contract.

Don't forget. Voice and SMS are Pay as you Use. So your bill will of course be more than RM68, you make calls and sms. Here's the answer from the Smart Plan FAQ: QUOTE Q18. How does the Save Smart discount work? A18. If you spend above RM200 in total usage in a month, you get a 100% discount on your data plan (i.e., For RM68 DG Smart Plan, you get RM68 discount). If you spend between RM100 and RM200 in total usage in a month, you get a 25% discount on your data plan (i.e., For RM68 DG Smart Plan, you get RM17 discount). Here's the answer from the Smart Plan FAQ: Thanks. I am thinking it is better for me to top up just RM18 extra (from Maxis Value 50) to get the unlimited 3G internet . Does this make sense? Note: I seldom make call to others, only call to my family which are all my supplement lines (with Maxis currently) normally.

Don't forget you can opt for DG Family with the Smart Plan and save $$$ calling your family members.
Added on May 5, 2010, 10:33 amOh ya. My offer for iPhone rebate will stand until 12pm today. No difference in signing up with a DiGi iPhone plan, except you only need to fill in an extra form before you submit over the counter.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 29 2010, 08:01 AM) Additionally to ViRaViRa's post, talktime transfer has shorter time of validity but since you are Super Long Life plan, then it makes difference as your validity will still last till Jan 2011. When my mum just ported into DiGi and got free 1 year validity, I always bought for her cheaper talktime transfer. How to extend the validity? I cannot find the "Super Long Life" at *128# I went to QUOTE How do I activate the options? Dial *112*1# for Super FnF™, *112*2# for Super SMS™, *112*3# for Super Talk™ and *128*4*3# for Super Long Life™. You can also activate at digi.com.my/OCS or by calling 016 221 1800. source: http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions/ilike/faq.doThis post has been edited by POYOZER: May 6 2010, 01:20 AM
