Hi digi ppl. I wanna ask about the DIGI30 package, it says it has the F&F with ability to add 6numbers. How much is the call and sms charges for these F&F numbers?

Wanna ask this stupid charges from digi.

I checked in OCS with the last calls i made is still fresh in my mind which i made 1hour ago, the OCS did shows the latest calls i made. And I didn make any phone call the passed one hour as I was driving. So, the total bill is around RM1.50

Then i check in 128*1*1 , it shows me RM2.30!

WTF is happening? if two days it charge me extra RM0.80, what will it be when it reach the end of the month?

Please enlight me.


**The customer service sucks, i told him i remember the call i made today, he keep on saying the OCS is not updated. But now it is showing the updated number i called. And worst is, he told me to wait till end of the month, and he said "u will remember the numbers u made for this month, dun worry, u can check when the bill come" ........HOLY shit, how can i remember the calls i made the whole 30days???? doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

holy crap, if this becomes RM5 tmrw, i sure shoot DIGI 99 in their service center tmrw.

and keep in mind i didn even turn on my phone just to test this out. i using other number.

what kind of info u expect me to give? all calls and sms details or how about my ocs login + my own sim card?

im already not happy with digi now and yet ur not helping, im seeking answers here.


latest update:

i didn make any calls and SMS since 1.30am, coz after that i slept. then when i woke up, i checked in 128*1*1 becomes RM3.15!
my ocs login, since ppl complain i didn put much details. here is the printscreen.
and fyi, i started using DIGI on thursday only 06 -05-2010 5pm++. hope this info helps.

TOTAL ONLY RM1.75! how come 128*1*1 shows RM3.15??? This amount will get much bigger if it keeps on adding "ghost charges" till the end of the month.
