Sure not phone problem? unsure.gif

I am very very sure, because i have several numbers from other line. No problem. My digi number is my primary number so it is very important. Just now i tested at other locations with my digi number, no problem. Must be only at my area. And i just found that my mom's digi number also got network problem.

Please PM me your digi mobile number and location. I'll see if anything can be done about it. Or at least I can make sure that the network guys are aware of this.

Additionally to ViRaViRa's post, talktime transfer has shorter time of validity but since you are Super Long Life plan, then it makes difference as your validity will still last till Jan 2011. smile.gif
When my mum just ported into DiGi and got free 1 year validity, I always bought for her cheaper talktime transfer. thumbup.gif

How to extend the validity? I cannot find the "Super Long Life" at *128#

I went to

How do I activate the options?
Dial *112*1# for Super FnF™, *112*2# for Super SMS™, *112*3# for Super Talk™ and *128*4*3# for Super Long Life™. You can also activate at digi.com.my/OCS or by calling 016 221 1800.

Last week i kena about RM5 to replace the simcard. I am using digi.

Btw, guys, I just bought a new number and activated last evening. Is it possible to change from another telco (prepaid) to Digi in less than 48 hours? I bought that number because it is nice for me and not because of I like the another telco. =)
