Thanks 20yrsinsrisentosa for the photos!
But from the photos, the progression really looks not much different from the 1 mth ago site photos.

they have another 2.5 yrs to go before vacant possesion. If they are using some precast system aka "pigeon hole", then they shud be able to make it.

btw, the S&P said the wall is RC wall and brickwall

The are using hydraulically jacked-in piles to eliminate vibrations to existing neighborhood, which is why the site looked so quite. Best is to observe whether the qty of delivered piles is reduce or not

Well, I do know pilings are going under the ground... But what I compared on the photos was the number of pilings on site were not much reduced. nod.gif

Wee2000,

precast system is a type of RC wall, where wall is concrete on the ground and lifted up by crane to specified position.

steel form is also used to concrete RC wall, where the wall concrete is poured at the position itself. Remember a steel panel that fell down onto a BMW 5-series and crashed a famous engineer a few years ago in Mont Kiara?

Attached are some pictures which I took yesterday (18/09/10) at about 1:00 pm. Lots of machinery but can't really tell the construction progress from the pictures.
