Added on October 7, 2010, 11:00 pm

wat i heard is the land next to new petronas (across the road) where the land is fenced up..

Giant or Tesco doesnt matter.... hopefully this is true..

IC. That plot of land u mentioned indeed has a MBPJ notice board there...proposing of building a 1.5 storey hypermarket.
Hmm, but 1120 PA still don't have any MBPJ notice board. Wonder why huh....

initially was attracted with the cheap price.

but once searching the location, found this is bad place to stay. although price is cheap, but with bad surrounding can work?

moreover, surrounding also not appreacited.

What's wrong having lots of low cost houses? If you stay there long enough you will appreciate d gud community there... Can't simply judge on first impression.

but i heard a review saying that there are far too many units in 1120... so you must be ready for the carpark traffic.... and of cos the land area is big... it does not look too pack but the main access gate might have a bit of problem...

There are 1120 units but not all sharing the same entrance and same parking block hence i think it is the same as other condo out there. First 2 blocks have their own parking block and entrance and the remaining 3 blocks share on the other entrance and parking block.

Cant choose car park, but u can view where is the car park that has been allocated for every unit. So just pick the right unit lor if u prefer to hv car park outside.

Good news is that the construction signboard is finally up! It is not along the road if u are coming from the turn where the Shell is at ur left. U have to turn into the small road after passing the Petronas station.
A few workers were working there during my visit. Hopefully the project will run smoothly and complete in time.
