was there on a nite about a week back, and dun see any light, damn dark.... normally if they have started work, there would be light during night time.

Don worry, buyers...

I went to site on Saturday.. saw worker doing piling.. the working is moving just donno whether able to finish on time..

Machine seems to be moving around (placed in different location since the first time i visit..

Hope this will ease some buyers worry..

there is indeed construction / piling takes place
only they are using new system which squeeze grip the piling & press into the earth

please take a look at the picture
i spoke to their supervisor

B5 & B7 is already completed
B3 & B1 is on the way
B9 not yet complete

according to him, it will take 1 or 2 more month

you can see there a 4 bar platform
the crane / machinery sit on it - adjustable height with the help of hydraulic shaft also

each time before pressing, they need to make sure it is straight - timbang air
then squeeze to hold piling - after that press using hydraulic shaft also

wallah, no noise! only the squeezing make some noise, but not all the time

I heard there is Giant near to this condo in the near future.. is tat true??

The Bintang chain has been bought over by Giant. N there is one Bintang outlet in Sri Manja, considering quite near the condo too.

As far as i know....source from Wisma Peter there...the front part of the pond (facing the highway) is going to develop into a hypermarket in future. Dunno which hypermart is going to come in....might be Giant or Tesco

wat I mean is they goin to build new giant at that area...
