Did you mean that your application was successful 2 months ago and you used your cc online but the physical cc has not arrived yet? That sounds weird. The cc must have been missing somewhere. You may contact the bank immediately.
i did contacted the bank twice. first time, customer service said will send a replacement card. 2nd time two weeks later, customer service asked to wait 3 weeks for card arrival.
