Anyone got premium customer service phone number? My 4mbit line still stuck with 115 ip.....I call 100 already but they know nothing........ I really need lower latency.........

Call 100 again, this time you request them to transfer your call to ATS department or second level of support. Tell them your issue then they might open a report for you.

@Dozz - The reason why we opt for 218 ip is that its very simple. Bette routing for gaming. If you're talking about speed any IP should be pretty good. The reason why we want 218 is for gaming , for Skype , thats it. Its not going to give you 5-6Mbps

@azzrul , if you're new you gotta wait. Just wait like I did. I did not rant nor asked tm to be upgraded. Poof , later they gave me 218.111 ip range. I was kinda pissed because i was capped at 4Mbps as my line was more then capable enough. So I requested for 5mbps and it was done

What is the reason when at the beginning the ping & download at speedtest are very fast above 4M & within the range, but after sometimes within an hour, speedtest is getting slower & slower, it may go under 1M after a few hours... After restarting the modem, it picks up the speed again but soon it deteriorates again.. & need to restart again & again..

u guys good la..can use 4MB, mine after upgrade adi..all done..receive the confirmation email, waited for about 8 days..still the old speed..called TM and they say all done adi..and make the report now..and now i need to wait again..WTF

Are you running any torrent clients in the network? What kind of router/modem do you have there? Does this problem persist if you're connecting direct from your PC to modem?

Reason being, when using torrent on some of the routers, too many connections done by the torrent client will hit hard on any router. One way to solve this problem is to put a limit in your torrent client.

If the above don't apply to you, check the values returned by your modem (SNR margin & line attenuation) if they're changing (SNR dropped really bad).. if yes, then probably your line wouldn't stand the 4Mbps and probably need to downgrade.

Just? If it means yesterday, then you need to wait a bit longer because of the long weekend holiday.. took mine more than a day to get assigned to 115. I don't do gaming (tho' my children do) .. so, I'm okay with 115 .. just that, I'm still not that satisfy when some of you are getting > 4Mbps and me and some of us here got stuck with 3.5Mbps.

115 and 218 is considered premium IP?

How bout 2mbits package, is this package falls under premium too?

now my speedtest can get 3.50Mb


b4 upgrade i also get same IP, but speedtest only get 1.5Mb. Now upgraded so can get 3.5Mb, than i need to wait more days only can get other IP?

Since most 4 mbit users are also combo users, the combo price includes phone rental right? What are the paying rates...?? Local and mobile/ etc.

My house is in SS2/80. So i called Screamyx they said my DSLAM (or whatever) is at Sungai Way. Which is 5.4 km by car and 4.5 km by walking (using google maps, no real calculation).
Any SS2 4 mbit user here?

Guys, the line capping is done by TM or their technician thru the DSLAM?

I asked the technician who came over to check my line status and he told me it is all done by KL, he cannot set it for me.

Is this true??
