Guys, the line capping is done by TM or their technician thru the DSLAM?

I asked the technician who came over to check my line status and he told me it is all done by KL, he cannot set it for me.

Is this true??

Yeah, what I mean is the port capping, the speed which you can see from your modem ADSL status.

Contractor or TM?

I just upgraded from 1Mbps to 2Mbps... and my port is capped at 2047/508, getting this speedtest result:

However, before the upgrade I am already getting the same kind of speed. So to me, there's no improvement at all. How can I convince them to increase my port speed?
