Hi first of all Happy New Year.
I was complain before about my internet problem and few months ago I went to PJ office to terminated my account and I success.And the person in-charged said might able to get back the refund of modem only and will be post to my address at west Malaysia only but not my home town Kota Kinabalu,Sabah and besides during this school holiday I went back hometown until Feb.
The person said do not call and ask before December and they might send during December this period.Until now 1-1-2010 I haven't receive any call say that my cheque has been arrive.
anyone know what should I do?Call the payment in-charge person to follow up?or wait until Feb?

Is there anyone experiencing P2P being Throttle ?
My torrent just keep upload, but wont download... sumwhere between 0 - 5 kBps... But using HTTP download is ok...

It's already been a whole month and my issue with the 64 bit drivers has not been resolved yet. First somebody called me and told me they could suspend my account for three months until March where the drivers will be out.
Soon they tell me (not after I decided to look for this Mr.Teo who called me regarding this suspension) that they cannot suspend my account for three months. Then they tell me they'll get back to me but they didn't I had to spam their email and calls until another person called me back.
Then after that, the person now who was in charge of my case, he still is I assume (Mr. Nathan or something) he told me he would find a solution for me regarding my problem and he just need another 2 - 3 days to get back to me. So I said alright sure I'll wait another 2 - 3 days (Note : This was around the 1st - 2nd week of December).
Guess what? He didn't call me back after 2 -3 days. I waited for his call for 5 days + and I had to call the hotline up and look for him personally and I asked about the suspension of the account. Firstly he told me that he can't suspend my account, and he tells me to go to the branch in Taman Molek to ask them for a solution. I asked him, "How come P1 HQ can't find a solution to my problem? How do you expect a branch to help me when the HQ can't help me?"
So he tells me after that, he'll push this case to the Financial Dept. and someone from that dept will call me in 2 or 3 days. So I said alright sure.
I waited for another 2 or 3 days and no calls from anyone from P1. I still remember it was a Saturday on the 3rd day (12th or 19th of December). Then on Monday (21st December 2009) morning I called P1 up and asked for Mr. Nathan again and asked why didn't anyone from Financial Department call me up?
He told me they just started to look into the case on that day (Monday - The day that I called him up again), because Thursday/Friday was a holiday and they don't work on Saturdays and Sundays. So he needed me to give him another 2 -3 days. This time I was already getting boiled up already but I still remained calm without shouting vulgarities through the phone. I said alright, this better be true then. He said he'll definitely get back to me.
So I hung up and a few minutes later he called me back, he told me that while the Financial Department is looking into the case, he'll put in a temporary waiver for me until a proper solution is found. I asked him, this two months covers which month, he replied, December and January. Then I said alright. He asked me whether was there anything else he could help me with, so I told him, since in the month of November I only used the Wiggy for less than half a month I would like you to submit a rebate for me for the unused half month in November. He told me, ok he'll try to do it and see.
After that, 2 - 3 days passed and no calls at all, AGAIN (bear in mind this was the 3rd week of December already) and I was too busy to call him up to look for him and ask about the situation. So on 28th of December (Monday last week of the month) I called P1 up to look for Mr. Nathan and apparently he was busy with some other things at the moment but he told the person that answered my call to tell me that my waiver was still pending approval.
After that I told the person on the line to ask him to call me back after he's done. After 3 hours I didn't get a call from him so I called P1 again to look for him to find that he is still unavailable and I told that person who answered my call to tell him to call me ASAP. But I waited for the whole day and he didn't call me back.
The next day, (29th December 2009) I called P1 again in the morning to look for Mr. Nathan, to which he wasn't in yet and the person told me to call back around 2pm. Around 1.30pm or 2pm I called again and to find that Mr.Nathan was busy again, so I told the person to tell him to call me back because it's urgent. After I hung up, a few minutes later, I got a call from P1.
No, it wasn't Mr. Nathan, it was another person from Tech Support named Mr. Danish I think. I told him I'm looking for Mr. Nathan and he told me he's not available at the moment and he'll help me instead. I told him I already explained my problem to a lot of P1 people and right now Mr. Nathan is the one that knows my case well. So he told me he'll tell Mr.Nathan to call me back later and I hung up.
After a while I got a call from P1 again, this time it's Mr. Nathan, I asked him why didn't the Financial Dept call me regarding my case?
He replied "They won't be calling you sir."
I got surprised.
Then I asked him, and why didn't you feedback it to me?
He didn't say anything.
Then I asked him, what of my solution?
He said that he has applied waiver for me for two months and the one in January is approved already.
I asked him, so my solution is this waiver?
He said yes.
(So much for waiting for the whole month for this.)
So I asked him, alright so what about December's bill?
He said to me, "You have to pay for that sir."
(PAY WHAT?! I BLOODY DIDN'T GET TO USE WIGGY FOR THE WHOLE BLOODY MONTH OF DECEMBER AND YOU TELL ME TO PAY FOR NOTHING?)
Of course I didn't say that to him but at that time inside I was shouting that.
I asked him politely, "Why should I pay? It's not my fault that I can't use it and besides I didn't use it for the whole month at all and now you want me to pay and a whole unused month?"
Then he tells me that the waiver he applied for December had been disapproved.
(Oh wow great)
Then after a few more exchange of conversations he says to me he'll apply for the waiver for the month of December again and this time he'll push it top priority.
So I asked him how long is that going to take?
He said, one week sir.
I told him, I already waiting for the whole month and you still want to waste more of my time trying to resolve this?
All he could say was I'm sorry sir.
Then I told him, you realise that another week would be next year already right? He said yes sir I know that I'm sorry sir.
Then after a brief moment of frustration at him I decided to just wait another week. I told him sure I'll wait one more week for this waiver to be approved and you must feedback to me.
So that's my case for now still unresolved since November 2009. Awesome work P1!
Now what I want from you P1WIMAXLOWYAT is to get me someone with authority that can approve my waivers for the months of December 2009, January,February and March 2010. I am bloody at my limits now trying to resolve this issue because of your inability to provide me with 64bit drivers to use your goddamn bullshit piece of crap USB Receiver for your goddamn overpriced bullshit piece of crap so called 4G Wimax technology.
Frankly you're the same as Streamyx and the other ISPs in Malaysia. All of you are not worthy of being providers.

For us, as consumer, we always tembak the customer services and it is our rights.

I think P1 shld learn from Singtel, Starhub broadband in Singapore.
Fast connection, reliable customer service, and transperant connection reports.
Otherwise, I believe all customers will turn back to Streamyx despite Streamyx is still a slow broadband.
