i would like to thank all of you sharing your horrifying experience with P1.I was one of the potential interested customer of P1. I was comparing streamyx and P1. I have experience with Streamyx but not p1. I read wonderful stuff about p1, mostly from early bird users. When i'm about to shortlisting p1, somehow i find myself to your comments here.
I can see many of you crying using this lousy service. Huh, what a luck. Quickly i rushed to TMpoints and register streamyx. Now i'm getting average 1.58 MB of speed, average 78-90kbp of rapidshare downloads.I can even stream 2-3 redtubes in one go.(for testing purpose only since youtube server is damn slow).
I really thanking all of you.To P1 Lowyat, i hope you will take this as a challenge and tell your boss to improve your service.As you can see here, many giving bad review about FUP policy, and you should consider repeal the policy it completely,since nobody benefiting any single bandwidth from this policy eventhough it is term "Fair Usage". My few words of suggestions. If you improve all this and gets A score cards, i may join your "Potong" campaign.

I would suggest that you dont pay, and start subcribing streamyx or any other broadband. Let them chase you instead!. If P1 brings you to court, you should explain violation of agreement made by P1, such as 10Kps speed whereby FUP clearly indicate it capped to 400KPS. Keep TC Agreements and the screenshots of speedtest as evidence!. If would be best if you can tape the lady's conversations as a proof that this is an unfair practice of FUP policy which has been violated by P1.
