P1 really having a bad day nowadays....Their so called longer than usual Upgrading works sure will causing them losing more customers...

What about cases areas after upgrading facing vandalised cabling & also lost of signal due to movement of the current anttenna?

They probably need to come out wth a press conference on this otherwise will be losing more customers..

Wow, today P1 has gone crazy. Constant 100++ KBps torrent downloads, haven't seen that for ages.

Your modem is faulty. Need to replace it. I experienced this kind of situation before.

I'm facing problem of getting constant signal since Monday, 8th Mar untill now. I can say most of the time, > 90% the modem is blinking in red.
FYI, I've been calling customer support few weeks ago, due to similar problem, that time I place my modem away from my PC and connecting through wireless, after seeking the advise from cust support, I place my modem to my C and connect through direct LAN line and reset the modem again. Well, it works well after for few days, strong signal and constant connection. However, thing only last for about a week and now back to red blinking again eventhough the modem is placing at the same place. Worse thing now is try calling P1 careline several time just now, been hanging for few minutes but no one pick up my phone.

Now, I have a serious question. Since my connection is getting constant of instability connection, can I request to terminate my P1 services without penalty charges even though I'm using it for 5 months?

i think stimax is correct... P1 using too much money on the "Potong"

advertisment and they ose alot customer due to many ppl subscribe...

I think they r DEAD soon

never regret potong the streamyx, they even force me to buy a cheap, lousy phone set for RM50, TMpoint in Muar is the worst.
Panasonic phone set = RM48
Azetch phone set (sell in TMpoint Muar) = RM50, only can last for 6 months, after that it will be ROSAK

Those smaller towns got no problem wth P1..& that speed is not a suprise bcos I'm getting avg 1600kbps at Aulong Taiping during CNY..

But those in Klang Valley, their P1 really up to max dy & the previous stable speed of 1100kbps-1200kbps is already bygone...u just hope not many sunscribers in Muar subscribing to P1 & try to keep quiet..once everyone subscribed, u will be nxt complaining here...

Me too praising P1 b4 the potong promotion...try imagine those poor folks in Klang valley..

That's great bcos he is in Muar & not Klang Valley! I will compliment P1 too if I'm still or stay in taiping! mad.gif Addrees the issue in klang valley 1st!

Infact what happen to the Meranti Jaya station? The cable has been down /vandalised since CNY!! I'm not surethe current status bcos I terminated liao...I think my neighbour told me no line yet last weekend...Replacement of cable can be so long meh?
