No one working at PB card services? Send them email ( custsvc@publicbank.com.my ) no reply. Call them ( 603-2176 8000 ) nobody answer.

Applied the Alliance Platinum Debit Card today.
Like to 1.5% rebate.
Hate the RM12 annual fee. And this fee is charged upfront. Deducted from me on the first day.
Has anybody tried asking for waiver of annual fees on Debit Cards?

i already verify my cash connect card n my day2day but still not working...mas still rejects it...i can get to the part where they ask for ur card password but get rejected after that

Have anyone tried purchasing from threadless.com with a debit card before? I've tried, but it says something like "card declined" but my cimb emastercard was charged  i know it's a held amount and will be returned in a week or so but i was wondering what went wrong with the transaction. i want the tshirt |

If yes, then try call public bank to ask them. And, are you sure that the balance in your bank account enough to buy MAS ticket? And, you should call public bank as soon as possible to see whether your card was charged or not. |
