will i be charged 3% oso if i use my PB D2D card like credit card to purchase e.g a handphone from a shop

i have problems with my rhb cash connect n pb day2day card..i can't verify both of the cards for online purchase..whenever i wanna register my day2day visa i get the message "Your account has been locked" while for cash connect it says invalid login

what causes this..can somebody help me?

i did it on their website n i did enter the right detail..got blocked on 1st try

can somebody confirm that MAS don't accept debit card as payment for purchasing online tickets? i tried with my RHB cash connect and PB Day2Day card but both are rejected

i already verify my cash connect card n my day2day but still not working...mas still rejects it...i can get to the part where they ask for ur card password but get rejected after that
