Yes. They do. It is a standalone card and can't be linked to any of your CIMB Bank savings or current account. There is a charge every time you want to withdraw the money inside the card. However, if you withdraw the money from any GIANT cashier counter, it will be free of charge. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 up to a maximum of RM500. And yes, it will take 1 - 3 weeks until you get the card in the mail. This product is called e.MasterCard, by the way.
sounds more like a prepaid card instead of debit, does that means need to reload amount into the card then only can withdraw $$$ from the card?
