Am I underpaid? The company is new, I had been with it since the beginning, I had a partner in the software team, but she didnt make it over the probation and recently the boss hired someone with 2 years experience and gave her RM3000. I dont mind she get higher pay if she is good in her job, but the problem is I need to train and guide her instead of her guiding me and yet she get higher pay than me. What worst is that she do so much less as compare to me and I have to work like a dog, but yet she get so much higher than me.

This is really demotivating, can someone please advice me what can I do? I am really not happy with my job right now. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks smile.gif

Leave if you think that you are demotivated by all these dealings in your firm.

not bodyguard for VIP, but we do carry firearm Brazilian Taurus .38, so the risk is there....anyway so far so good...

security guard aint no easy money, nowsaday robber always arm with heavy artilery and they will mostly show no mercy for the security guard. everage i think at least 50 guard will sacrifice in either bank/goldsmith heist.

my bonus this year is so much lower than i used to get though company has been really profitable. so demotivating.
