last mnth in the 'forest night', this cmpany got rank no.1 in produce/shipp(sold) round logs timber.

and.. we got bonus the next day! ehehhe...

*actually, my salary depends on timber produsing.

**contract : sampai habis kayu balak kat blok je.
maybe just in 2 yrs..

me ... work 2 years but with 3 different com.. so no bonus 2 get so charm...

but generally each time you switch company will get an increment of 20%.

so overall you still benefit from a higher total annual income
