Enthusiast Senior Member 700 posts Joined: Apr 2006	Current Job Job Title : Field Service Engineer ( Semiconductor IC tester ) Years spent in company : 3 years Company : MNC but less then 100 headcount worldwide Industry : Engineering Service Tenure : Permanent Experience before joining : 7 years in factory salary : RM4k+ Education Level: Adv Diploma only happy with my salary but no happy with the company during year ead as they will talk no profit lah this year n try to no given the year end bonus. Some more didn't have benefit such like monthly car mantenance, petrol claim. Plan to find other job with 13 month salary company with better benefit as I am service engineer n we need to travel by OWN car some more. Any bros out if got KANG TAU pls inform or email me

But make sure you work in every company >1 year lah...... to gain/ learn something from there. Me almost change job every +/- 2 year. Current job is the record as already work more then 2.5 years. The shorter job is half year. Somethime I do envy ppl with higher pay but I also feel that with my current salary other ppl do envy me.........so cant compare to other.
