Tobacco company definately pay well. An experienced warehouse supervisor for Gudang Garam (Malaysia plant) can get RM5k+ if he work hard. No joke.

warehouse supervisor get that much? Standard or with OT? I know a friend of mine he got wit OT around RM8K per month. But that on call like hell, 2, 3 o'clock in the morning someone would call for material.

normally i would say minimum is 15%...but again depends whether u r joining the same field as ur present works..then u can bargain more...if different field i think hardly u can bargain....
