I got called around 7:15 pm yesterday, 23 Nov, i think is a call from MEP to notify my iPhone is ready to pick on Thursday.
Then after half an hour i got call from Ma**$, is HER, who called me on Sat, telling me my iPhone is ready and can be pick up TOMORROW, which is today, 24 Nov. Ok now i got confused, so i told her i got a call before her and telling me can be pick up on Thursday, she then ask me let her have a check and confirmation and come back to me later. Ok, we end call.
Few mins later, she called back and confirm i can get it on today, 24 Nov, ok of cource i accept it, sooner the better, it's about 40 days over. Then continue the conversation was i start to complain about the unfair trade or treatment made to me or anyone else with same exp, she explained had mentioned this issue to the marketing team and they will take this issue into consideration for future strategy, and thanks for my comment and hope i can keep it up to help them improve their service. Ok then, end call.
ok she claim my case with the reported complain was prioritize, i choose to believe, which arrangement had been made, somehow i just still feel unfair.

I would like to say something among the rantings here. You guys do know that you actually have proper recourse, right? If at all you feel strongly that you are not treated fairly, take your case to the proper authorities. In that way, at least you get the satisfaction of knowing something will be done instead of harbouring the thought that your complaints will fall on deaf ears or you will be given lip service.
Please don't ask me who, where and how. If you really want to see justice, do some homework, approach the correct parties and take the correct course of action.
If you don't want to bother, just live with the wait and the so-called unfair treatment.
i did and as in my previous replied, there is no response from respective parties which email i sent to.
