well, it's just a part of my driving habit. doesn't matter on what car i drive but i seldom(1st few time on different car of course, coz we need to get to understand the certain steering's turning radius / degree blush.gif ) turn the steering in full force.
btw, am sending my car for a regular check up this weekend.

I just install the metal type power window by myself yesterday. And it doesn't make any weird noise as all you said... ErM...Maybe I am not sensitive enough... HaHa...
*

QUOTE(matt wee @ Oct 17 2009, 01:16 AM)
wow pro installer spotted..haha

i also don't know eh..but i can heard is the sound come from the door there..so i suspect is the metal window assembly thingy..don't know how to fix it also..any acc shop can do this?lol...don't mind paying them few bucks..
*
like i said... its not comes from metal window but door opening mechanism itself... but i agree that metal type make the noise louder

My parent old car, had this harsh "crock" sound when the steering is turned until the end. Don't know if it would happen to waja or not, but because of that, I don't turned my steering to the end also. tongue.gif And because of that, waja turning radius is ridiculously large, need to stop 2x to park my car. doh.gif

basically why u don't force ur steering to turn to the max and hitting its limit point is rather to lessen the wear of ur steering bush.. maybe lots of those problem u guyz having comes from a faulty steering bush..
