Did you change to a better brake pad before considering changing the brake hose ? I feel a little reluctant changing the brake hose as if there's any problem with it , it's going to take life.
Initially I went to tyre shop to swap the front tyre to the rear and do allignment and wheel balancing together but the mechanic over there took a test drive before he do the allignment and said that the Steering "bush"/"rubber" was worn out which he use a torchlight pointing it to the steering "rack"/"sub" which in the engine bay to show that it were loose , so no choice but to replaced the worn one with 2 new rubber. Before he finish to replaced the 2 rubber , one fella came over and said that the Engine mounting was broken and cracked in another one which again , doesn't have any choices but to get it replaced.
After they have done everything and I was going to leave , I engaged into D and waiting for the traffic lights to turn green and to my dismay , the steering vibrates much more comparing to the broken engine mounting and I was forced to U-turn back and ask them about it. If I'm not mistaken , they said they'll try loosen the screw and re-tighten it and see if it helps. Although it doesn't vibrates as much as before but still you can feel the vibration with D engaged and brake being pressed during idling. Since the shop were closing and they're rushing going back , they also said that try a few days and see if the vibration will be still there.
I'm not sure about the others , but despite spended a small fortune and the time taken , I'm pretty much unstatisfied with it.
Since I'm not quite statisfy with the outcome , I would really like to know could the vibration due to the new mounting which the rubber haven't seals in properly ? or It is caused by the cheap engine mounting ? FYI . It's only around sixty plus for each of them and they changed two mounting only instead of four.
Would really like to hear from you all.

For better response, change brake hose together with brake pad.
So far from my friend experience the steel braided brake hose is much better than standard hose, cause the reinforced hose makes the braking much stable.
Those vibration you had now is due to engine mounting change. My mechanics recommend to change full sets of engine mounting for Waja, or else the same problems like you occurs. I just change my whole engine mounting sets last month, and no such vibration as you feel right now.

The best thing to start your mod is still with engine porting.
