how to squat using it ?Saw a personal tranner, teaching one to step out a bit, stepping in front of the line sticked on the floor (instead of directly under the bar), and lean back a little, to do it.

It is so different to what I saw from the videos.

wondering which is the correct method.

also, realise that whenever i squat up, i will use the muscle ard my waist, just cant help it, as a result, the joints/muscle around that area, are very painful.

advise is needed.

Hey guys. Anyone feel pain at the upper back there? Around rhomboid muscle there, near my right shoulder blade. Feel the pain mostly time sitting.

And also my right glutes hurts, when I do the duck-sit thingy. I keep on doing some of the glutes stretches and the pain sometimes gone. Is parallel/half squatting could be the reason that trigger this?

Need solutions, especially the upper back part. Busy with classes to see the doc, so I take my chances in asking here.

Guys, is there any specific chest exercise that trains inner chest and upper chest? AFAIK, incline bench press trains upper chest right?

Damn, finally got to the gym today after 5 months of being injured. Strength levels have severely plummeted. Even 30lb DBs felt like a ton. sweat.gif

you guys have got to check out this guy doing push ups & hanging leg raises. With his body weight, this guy is crazy!

Note especially that he did L pull ups.
This sh!t is tough. Because the lats loses leverage when the glutes are stretched. Combined with his body weight... FUYOH!!!

Duck sitting? U mean sissy squats? Did u sleep in the wrong position? My shoulders are so wide that sometimes my head is tilted a lot when I sleep on my side, and my shoulder ends up sore in the morning. The squats could be a cause. What else do you do that might affect ur neck?

The glutes thing doing great now. What I meant is I don't feel pain while squat-ing, instead while duck-sit. Haha. No idea what its called.

Anyway, about my back. It doesn't go far reaching my neck. Only around the shoulder blades there, the right shoulder blade. The pain kinda trigger while I am sitting on a chair without lying my back at the chair.

I'm surprised the PT still let her do those OH squats. She was already falling forward. Needs more work on those ankles honey.

look at her shoes. its not flat rite. and i find OH squat quite technical, especially position of your arms, shoulder width or behind the shoulder exactly? lol

I've checked every fitness concept and weider shops in PJ malls, all of them are out of stock..

some lifting strap wave just hit or something? heh

thanks, just looked up their site and its RM70 for the Animal lifting straps.

its kindda pricey, the ones at fitness concept were in the RM30-40 range, tats still ok for me.

if anyone knows of any other shops that sell them at a reasonable price pls do share
