i would think having lrt directly linked between Puchong-PJ will be another boost... most people stay away from puchong becoz of jam packed LDP... the wise way now is to have as many people to lodge their feedback and urge for direct linkage between Puchong-PJ, a big round via PH-USJ is stupid!!!

Wow at that rate, you are competing with the landed property in BK9. whistling.gif whistling.gif

As much as Im vested in BK9 area, I'm not even aiming that high...as in % cap appreciation.... rolleyes.gif

then again if it does drive up the price that much, all for the best to the current investor/owner in BK9 be it landed or condo.

Write to LRT authorities to remind them?? smile.gif, no worries.. Trinity Tower and LRT builder already had a few rounds of discussion about the construction way back few months ago.. They will take care of the planning.. smile.gif

Dont forget the track also need to build over the existing ramp that goes into BK5.. Hopefully its the same planning..

Some condos in predominant landed areas like BK and SS2, are priced higher than landed mah....see Five Stones in SS2, one condo can buy 3 link houses next to it.... rclxms.gif ....Hopefully one Zest unit can buy few landed link houses around BK9 loh..... biggrin.gif This LRT is indeed a plus for the Zest and surrounding developments but the Zest should be the nearest to the LRT station.... thumbup.gif

Food for thought hmm.gif

With 2 LRT stations nearby, would our ZEST commercial area and Giant's parking lots be turned into 2 huge "Park n Ride" lots and more??.... rclxub.gif

You know LAH, the Malaysian "culture" of parking all for their conveniences only doh.gif

Returning and crossing over to the opposite site of Bukit Jalil Highway ( TPM bound ) requires extra 9 to 10 KM detour via Giant Kinrara5 underpass. That's approx RM2.00 to RM2.50 per day of exit or entry traveling cost daily. When do u reckon a flyover similar to that of BK5 will be ready?

Thanks for providing the link..

OMG Dis is serious issue cos TT is the developer for Heron.

V need to hear the feedback from TT regarding dis cos they are developing THe ZEST.

Added on September 19, 2009, 11:23 pmHopefully the incident in Heron would not affect the construction of the Zest.
