the price is definitely before VP..

at first i was planning to sell my unit after 6months of VP.. now am considering 2yrs after..

1. Commercials vibrancy is in place.
2. MRT completion

agreed... and not many knew alam sanctuary, should be one of the best places for own stay at that price... high elevation, secluded, access is convenient yet away from the hustle and bustle of main road, and also easy to setup good security...

alam sanctuary heard that 50% of its enclave is soon-to-launched bungalows. 30% semi-d & 20% double-storey.

hence, it's targeted the upper middle-class but with middle-class pricing only right now. hence, lots of potential.

setback is leasehold & most who buy are staying & not investing.

Hehehe .. i tot Scott is Soho ? SOHO and Service aparment same ah ? I am not so sure le ... and with anchor tenant Tesco ... offices and also got Overtime restaurant there. More highclass for Scott. Inside retail shop also more than Zest I think and the enviroment also different ... If I were to choose off coz Scott la but it is much more expensive la.... If Zest has Tesco and Overtime as confirm tenant ... 400 psf ?? should sap sap sui to sell lo smile.gif
