agreed... and not many knew alam sanctuary, should be one of the best places for own stay at that price... high elevation, secluded, access is convenient yet away from the hustle and bustle of main road, and also easy to setup good security...but not sure still can get at rm500k or not as last round townhouse was selling at rm480k. now may have gone up.
