With due respect i dun think you can forecast the future price of TZ with the upcoming SW launch Trigon. The upcoming Trigon is marketed as a luxury apartment with premium finishing and 7 lifts serving all floors. You can forecast the price of TZ with the price of R1/R2/R3 at VP time though as I think they are more comparable, albeit the 15% premium over the lifestyle + doorstep convenience is for me and you to guess.As for me, mantaining my earlier forecast ie to price my Zest unit at 15% discount over its equivalent units selling at in Setia Walk.
