Anyhow lets wait till VP.............dont think averagely Zest will worth above 500psf and SW wont fetch 600psf oso upon VP......... sorry guys if this is dissapointing..........but just dont see that happening........... well those who keep saying it will worth 600psf.........I offer you to buy my unit at 499psf.......veli cheap.........will deliver u the unit f/f somemore.......offer stands before VP of Zest.............

Hm.... Pool deck havn't start yet. At least 2 months to complete all the landscaping?
And the last photo.... looks like there's some issue with structure. I saw some rebar of the beam beneath the floor. Wonder why structure rectification started so late.
