Hold your purchase if you're considering Covillea, there are something more interesting coming up over the area soon.

It is as good as Zest! Congrats to those who invested early you made atleast 100k, too bad for those who missed the boat. kakakkaaa

3. stamping and etc - You may not need to stamp first because its still uncertain (under-con)

4. the different between the bank value and owner selling price - How to know the difference? There is no way to get the value now. Who knows maybe the valuer valuer higher than u expect [cool.gif

Basically to buy or sell now are those.

1. Buyer wants to lock the price
2. vender sell at a reasonable price rather than sell upon completion due to competition.

Its up to individual there is no right or wrong.

You're comparing with Axis where part of the development already completed, the bank has certain information about value as per earlier phases, as Axis build into phases. Ada faham ka?

Zest you will never get a value now, what we can do is get more transactions and hopefully the valuer will give a better value.

I did not said the banker will surely give the value that we wanted, i was just hoping. Understood?

And very seldom share out openly good valuers especially strangers smile.gif

However do u really read the S&P or tembak? The problem is the developer will not give consent to sell, if the developer willing to do revocation then You may sell also.

And under-con it is not 100% yours yet. Alternatively consider an supplementary agreement. Oh ya ask your lawyer. Get a good one

if you wanna know how north view looks like, you can try to see from DBKL flat (but now block by Zest liao la).. I was upthere before Zest construction started.. view is great  thumbup.gif

My unit is facing east so there is no blockage and this view anything above 10th floor is good.

I have never been to the flats, only went up to Block-C roof top before smile.gif
