am guessing it's removal of the 'ties' of the tower crane.
and somehow finishes went ahead without the casting back of the concrete!!!
and look at the pic closely. the tiler actually even tiled the two pieces including skirting without the slap in place.
talked about tile hollowness!!

I just got a letter from LHDN saying that my claims for this purchase is invalid. I needed to prove that my purchase was within the approved year.
I will need to submit my SNP and also bank statement to prove that I've purchased the property...

Anyone faced this problem?

Just make sure your S&P is dated after 10th March 2009 and you will be entitled for the tax rebate. For submission as proof to LHDN u just need to give them a photocopy of the S&P together with copy of the your statement of account with details of debit entry for monthly interest installment for the whole year of 2010.

As for me, my S&P was dated 14th March 2009, therefore i don't have any problem at all but just need to go to LHDN office and give them a copy of those docs mentioned.

Mine was 19th March 2009.. Did you photocopy the entire S&P document or just the front page?

I gave them a copy of the entire S&P, Sup S&P for the car park as well and the statement of account for the whole year.

Also i ran through the documents with the officer to confirm everything is in order for the entitlement...

After that they can just confirm on the spot and key into their system that u r entitled for the rebate and if there is any payout of money rebate they will post u a cheque r bank into your account.

For my case they bank into my account within 2 weeks time smile.gif

Less than rm500k, only option in bukit jalil/puchong/serikembangan/cyberjaya is alam sanctuary. believe it's still a gem yet to be discovered.

but not sure still can get at rm500k or not as last round townhouse was selling at rm480k. now may have gone up.

alternatively, go for old freehold houses in bk.
