guys , don't u think the master bedroom is reaally small ? is this because they are using the shoplot as a showhouse? But i asked before the SA say it is really actual size. Im buying type A, got so small de ar. I remember seeing a lot of other showhouses with the similar build-up, also not so small geh sad.gif

oh btw, i said this becoz i went to showhouse too  biggrin.gif

Hey im bought type A too.

According to the SA type A living room is more spacious as it takes up the balcony space as compared to type B "Lanai balcony".

As for the master bedroom SA mentioned that type A master bedroom would be slightly bigger. Anyway, i understand your concern as there is no show unit for Type A.

The tiles would be the same as the show unit, both the shower tiles and the white design tiles. The washing basin and toilet bowl is subject to the availibility of stock. If stock finished then they will replace with something similar lor.

The MAster bed room window as seen in the show unit will also be replaced with a diff type

So far this is wat i can gather from the SA for type A.

guys, wanna ask.. i bought the zest for investment.. and ultimately i wanna rent out a couple of years then sell...

however, last week when i was talking to the SA, she was telling me that condo prices wont usually stay very long.. it will be going up, till its peak then it will come down again.. so i wanna know what is the best time to hold like 3-4 years then sell or will the zest prices remain high for the next 8 yrs?..

of course i wanna sell at its peak bt then with the developments in bkt jalil, im afraid it will affect my investment too... like now covellia is coming up.. and berjaya has already mentioned that they wanna develop bkt jalil.. so many condo's coming up...

I think there will be a raft of condo development coming up in the Sg Besi Puchong highway - with the confirmation of the LRT - the good thing is Zest purchasers had entered at a relatively low price RM200 - RM250 per sq. ft. -

So, there will be lots of competition for rental i guess.

i not sure whether the price will down after the peak, but i think when the area with alot of new condo or housing estate built up then our condo price will be some price adjustment. but don forget if the new condo out there price is higher than Zest then is different story.jus my opinion.
