Block A is launching this coming Saturday~

15% on top Block B price, not original price + 15%
but (Original + 21k) + 15%

wow!!! 490k for Block A??? was expecting Block A to be 450-460k only.
Anyhow the premium is justifiable for Block A as its lower density, non-west facing & better golf course view.
Will attract those middle-class working adults who loves golf so much

MK may not be so attractive anymore. I spoke with a banker, and she told that MK got many competition because too many Apt and Condo there already. Furthermore, MK condo are very cramp.

Without car, ta pau outside IMU. Got Chinese stall, Indian stall, Malay stall, and 1 Malaysia stall soon.
