i was there at 930am n No. 33 in queue. 10k rebate juz stop right in front of me. tulan so din buy any unit there...
all are goreng kaki bcoz they book w/o asking n see the sample unit~
access n environment is good but 27cts maintenance fee will kill u if for own stay. goreng or rent out is good...

consider not much oredi. i ever saw 1 condo changed the price 3-4 times from soft launch till official launch.
bcoz saturday too many ppl so they have no chance to chg the board, otherwise i think they will chg price every 20% sold

7&9 is 1400sf unit, 100k more than 1293sf unit 8 has direct swimming pool + golf view, oso 70k more =.=" thas why moving slow...
3456 is 408k basic unit, more suitable for rent out~

Block B is currently selling. Block A is launching this coming Saturday~
15% on top Block B price, not original price + 15% but (Original + 21k) + 15%

since nobody contribute pricelist, today afternoon i went sales office (again  ) 438k unit is cheapest, best buy~ by 5pm+ only 27 units sold finally 'settled down' the prices, like share market
