QUOTE(mac.tay @ Nov 23 2009, 04:46 PM) din manage to get any unit due to 10k rebate gave away to anyhow person. 27cts maintenance fee oso scared me... cannot cash out 40+k within 2wks time, i thought 20+k can settle Ya loh, 27 cts maintenance fee not only scare & but "kill" a lot of people. It translate to RM 349.38 + RM 34.94 (10% sinking fund) = RM 384.32 per month or RM 4,611.82 per annum. Certain high end semi-d / bungalow gated community with club house facilities only need to pay RM 350 monthly!!!

QUOTE(danlim1 @ Nov 24 2009, 08:00 AM) Why Covillea? 1. Low entry cost: 10% dp and nothing more until completion. 2. Low interest: -2.2/2.3 vs -1.8/1.9 for subsale. Affordable rental due to low installment. 3. Walking distance to LRT. Suitable for working adults or students without car. 4. KL/Cyberjaya/Putrajaya- MAJU Expressway. Puchong/USJ/PJ - Kesas. KLCC/Midvalley - Smart Tunnel/KL Seremban Highway. 5. School, Makan: Sri Petaling, OUG have tons of choices. If someone without car, u expect them to walk-in-walk-out everyday to "makan"??? If someone with car, he/she needs to face the traffic jam just outside the condo everyday excpet weekends.
