wow!!! 490k for Block A??? was expecting Block A to be 450-460k only. Anyhow the premium is justifiable for Block A as its lower density, non-west facing & better golf course view. Will attract those middle-class working adults who loves golf so much |

QUOTE(Dunbshy @ Nov 28 2009, 11:06 PM) Not facing future condo but tmn espanade.. In fact the price for unit 8 (full golf view) in block B and the current price for unit 3a,4,5 in block A is more or less the same. Think it is still worth it to get a unit in block A if you're serious about golf view. there is a future condo (not too far away, not that near too. tmn esplanade is existing but not blocking any view. |

QUOTE(ronn77 @ Apr 8 2011, 12:07 PM) The thing is Covillea developer price is selling at $450k and above and when the unit completed the sub-sale might go from RM600k and above. Given the price differences, Savanna appear to be cheaper option than later unless if Covillea buyer willing to let go around RM500k right now. haha, in fact on the 1st day i booked covillea, i am thinking is would be very very good if i can sell at 500k upon vp. |

QUOTE(Covillea @ Oct 29 2013, 10:26 AM) launched rm380 psf Launched time was rm310psf.today rm620 psf to hit rm 1 mil, it should be rm710 psf i think feasible as many not selling due to rpgt - hence restricted supply - many will sit-out the 5 years & collect rental first. with gst, inflation will escalate & all other costs will go up (building material, labor, overall cosntruction, etc.) - hence rm 1 mil is feasible. |
