dude ..We Malaysia buy own Malaysia Owned Company ..Spirit + Love to the country.. That why Hanju Savanna cant make it success to pump back $$$ back to korea...

consider not much oredi. i ever saw 1 condo changed the price 3-4 times from soft launch till official launch.
bcoz saturday too many ppl so they have no chance to chg the board, otherwise i think they will chg price every 20% sold

Where else can you find a new freehold property, golf facing without blocking, walking distance to LRT, 10 minutes drive to KL city centre, with RM300 psf?

I have to admit the location is very strategic. It is very convenient for people who are taking LRT to walk and it is very accessible to everywhere like LDP, Kesas. If not because I have purchased Savanna for my own stay, I will definitely purchase 1 unit in Corvillea. However, if it is for investment, the entry price is very steep. Imagine, now the units left are from 468K till 600K and when block A is opened up, the price will be further increased. Definitely when the property is completed, the price will still be jacked up. If you are looking for capital appreciation or good rental yield, go for smaller unit where it is below RM350 psf. Buying from developer now can enjoy BLR-2.2/2.3, no s&p cost, up to age 70 or 40 years installment. You pay less than 2k installment including the maintenance fee if your age is between 30-35. 6 students in a unit x RM400/head, you still pocket more than RM500/month after ppl pay the house for you.
Investment is about ROI, not about the price tag.
Added on November 23, 2009, 1:11 amBro, those that q up yesterday, get 10k discount. So the entry price is just RM390k for 1293sf, which is = RM302 psf.
Even if it is RM325 psf now, it is still way below what people are paying for setia walk (RM350psf). Look at the situation at Sunway toll every morning and evening, and you will definitely appreciate the highway besides Bukit Jalil. You have option to use KL/Putrajaya highway (RM1.50) to town (10 minutes), (RM2) to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya (10 minutes), Kesas to Puchong/PJ (free by using bypass at Esplanade)

Q No 1. Anyway, someone came later than me cut my q. So I got Q No 2. Anyway, I don't mind coz 10k discount is for first 30 buyers.
It's still not late to get a unit now. With good rates (BLR-2.2/2.3) and 0% interest during construction, you don't have to pay that much of installment. You won't be able to enjoy this anymore if you buy after December.

When Covillea is completed, take a look from Savanna to Covillea and you will be very jealous how beautiful it is, especially during night time when lights in the garden and pool is on. You cant get this scenery in Savanna because the clubhouse is not located in front of the blocks. Good night and have a sweet dream, everyone!
